3. Enrollment and Payments

3.1 Course Enrollment

Enrollment in any course requires completion of the registration process and payment of applicable fees. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our sole discretion.

3.2 Fees and Payment Terms

All course fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes (GST). Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, or other methods specified on our website. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

3.3 EMI Options

Zero-cost EMI options may be available through partner financial institutions. These arrangements are between you and the financial institution. We are not responsible for any terms, interest, or charges imposed by third-party lenders.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility

We strive to provide high-quality education. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis as follows:

• Within 7 days of enrollment: 50% refund if less than 2 classes attended.
• After 7 days or 2+ classes attended: No refund applicable.
• Demo classes: Free demo classes are non-binding and do not require payment.

4.2 Course Cancellation by Institute

If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, registered students will receive a full refund within 15 business days.

4.3 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at webinfozenskillacademy@gmail.com with your enrollment details and reason for cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, videos, presentations, and software, is the property of WEB INFOZEN Skill Academy or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit written permission.
• Share course access credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Record, share, or distribute live class recordings without authorization.
• Use our content for commercial purposes or resell our courses.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

6. User Conduct and Obligations

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other students, trainers, or staff members.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any user who violates these conduct rules.

7. Placement Assistance Disclaimer

While we provide 100% placement assistance including resume building, mock interviews, and job referrals, we DO NOT guarantee job placement. Placement success depends on individual skills, performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.

Our placement assistance is a service to help you connect with potential employers, but ultimate hiring decisions are made by the respective companies. We are not responsible for any employment offers, salary packages, or job terms offered by hiring partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEB INFOZEN Skill Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in course content.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course in the preceding 12 months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of our services or the information, content, materials, or products included.

We do not warrant that:

• The services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations with us. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, or labor disputes.

15. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

16. Entire Agreement
